Having had three dry months with hardly any meaningful rain things were getting a little desperate. Distilling had been stopped.

Until Thursday. Then we had a 10 minute tropical downpour which of course flooded the shop. Of course the loch is full again and off we go a-distilling - but we do need more  regular rainfall to re-saturate the peat and get those burns flowing again or we will be stopping again.
